🗳PROGRAMS AND STEPS FOR AN OPTIMISTIC, OPEN, INTEGRATING AND TRANSPARENT VILLAGE, THE COMMON FUTURE IS BASED ON INTEGRITY AND BROTHERHOOD.
🗣PROGRAM CONCERNING THE ECONOMY AND TRANSPARENCY 🌹
1.Engaged municipal budget (% of the budget destined to investments decided by the people).
2.Government team; to be open about public money by justifying its use in relation to proposed spending, its purpose and accountability.
3.Search for economic resources; public grants and support for quality private initiative beneficial for the people.
4.Municipal and free WI-FI network.
5.Periodic publication in the local and public media of the economic municipal spendings of the government team, with its corresponding justification, reports of the actions, minutes of the local plenary sessions, revenues and costs of the treasury.
🗣PROGRAM CONCERNING WORK AND PROFESSION 🌹
6.To develop more favourable working conditions for the current workforce of the town hall.
7.To create a local work market following impartial and public criteria: socio-medical attention, translator, local police, school staff and caregiving.
8.To search for and give courses of continual trainingfor work in collaboration with SERVEF and agency for local development.
🗣PROGRAM CONCERNING HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES🌹
9.Translator to accompany foreigners on medical visits and paperwork at the town hall and other organizations, and to accompany elderly people in need to hospitals and visits to specialists.
10. To develop a list of registered villagers to access more economic and medical resources (paediatrics, physiotherapy)
11. To create a citizens’ service to advise on and defend common interests.
🗣PROGRAM CONCERNING EDUCATION AND CULTURE 🌹
12. Active support of and collaboration with the educational community to speed up the implementation of the Pla “Edifican” de la Generalitat Valenciana (Program “Let’s Educate” of the Generalidad Valenciana).
13. To provide help for school transportation for non obligatory education phases and application for municipal day-care center (0-3 years).
14.Regulated and subsidized offer of supportive schoolclasses and out-of-school activities, classes of castellano and valenciano for foreigners using public municipal spaces and resources.
15.To facilitate and manage visits to our village of travelling museums and exhibitions and set up a multipurpose room for computing, printing and library.
16.Program school friend; awareness and promotion by the public school of the knowlegde and protection of the cultural diversity, our historical, cultural and natural heritage.
17.Development and support of the cultural associations connected to the village.
🗣PROGRAM CONCERNING YOUTH AND SPORTS🌹
18. To cooperate with and support the sports associations and sports club sof Relleu.
19.To create and manage an empty-house-market in order to favour the access for the youth to cheap and good quality renting, with reduction of IBI taxes for the owners who adhere to this.
20.Start up of supportive sports activities.
🗣PROGRAM CONCERNING AGRICULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT 🌹
21.Optimizacion, modernization and development of the competitiveness of our agricultural sector, water resources and use of renewable energy.
22.To study together with all representatives concerned (cooperativa, agricultural producers etc.) the creation of a certificate of origin “Relleu”for our products to enhance their market position in a competitive way.
23.Localization, inventory and mediation between owners of abandonned and unused lands and citizens interested in working those lands.
24.Creation of a municipal school of arts and traditional trades(stone cutting, agriculture etc.)
🗣PROGRAM CONCERNING TOWN PLANNING, INFRASTUTURES AND CIVIC SAFETY🌹
25.To study the legal situation etc. of the building “Mosmay”and the persons affected, and the respective actions in relation to technical reports.
26.Viability study for the creation of a public and local centre for third age.
27.Adaptation of childrens’ playgrounds, improvement of maintenance and safety.
28. Study, together with all parties concerned, of the car traffic in the town centre.
29. To facilitate the movement of people with reduced mobilityby eliminating architectural barriers.
30. Creation of local police jobs to guarantee their presence in the village 24 hours, 365 days.
31. To provide a second defibrillator and instruction to citizens how to use it.
